The executive body of the Iraqi Gymnastics Federation held its regular meeting in Baghdad, headed by Engineer Walid Al-Saadi, President of the Federation, and Dr. Amer Sakran, Vice President. A number of prominent and emerging topics were discussed at the meeting.
On top of these issues, the latest developments and developments related to the Iraqi Federation’s relationship with the International Gymnastics Federation were reviewed. They also discussed organizing two tournaments for training centers, one for the category under the age of 10 years and the other for the category from 11 to 13 years.
Members of the Federation’s executive body participated in the meeting, and the expert, Mr. Adnan Al-Jabri, also attended the meeting.
In light of recent letters from the Iraqi National Olympic Committee to the International Federation, the Iraqi Gymnastics Federation seeks to find a solution to the issue related to its relationship with the International Gymnastics Federation in the coming days.
