This championship is held under the patronage and supervision of the Iraqi Gymnastics Federation. 16 sports clubs from various Iraqi governorates are participating in it, competing in the advanced and junior categories.
Through this championship and others, the Iraqi Gymnastics Federation seeks to develop and support women’s gymnastics at the national and international levels, as part of the growing interest in this sport in Iraq.
